A Case of Autism, Eczema, allergies and recurrent infections.

When families walk into my practice after years of trying everything, their eyes often reflect exhaustion—but also a flicker of hope. This is the story of one such journey: a young boy who endured layers of physical and emotional struggles—eczema, allergies, recurrent infections, and a diagnosis of autism—yet emerged with health, confidence, and a heart full of kindness.
The Early Years: A Complex Health Picture
By the time this young child came to me, he had already been to two homeopaths. The first had him on a long and expensive protocol with remedies and supplements for over two years, yet his condition remained unchanged. The second attempt unfortunately worsened his case. Painful rashes and severe eczema flared up—itchy, oozing, bleeding patches, especially in the folds of his knees and elbows. He couldn’t wear shorts. Even socks made his skin peel. He avoided movement because bending his joints was excruciating.
His immune system was just as reactive as his skin—recurrent upper respiratory infections, sore throats, fevers, and viral illnesses at least twice a month. The triggers? temparature change, season change, sudden exposure to wind/ cold wind, Dust, pollen, cats, and even the lunar cycle. Each episode was very exhausting that the poor child used to use his grandmothers walker to walk to the bathroom or move arounf the house.
The Autism Diagnosis
In 2021, he was formally assessed and diagnosed with autism. His challenges extended far beyond the physical. He struggled with social understanding and verbal communication. Instructions overwhelmed him, schoolwork felt impossible, and tasks he didn’t enjoy triggered disruptive behaviors. He misunderstood peer interactions as bullying, showed rigid thinking, intense interest in specific topics like elevators and NASCAR, and used unusually formal or idiosyncratic language. His sensory system was also out of sync—seeking pressure, movement, and soft textures, while avoiding loud voices and sudden noises.
In the classroom and at home, the pattern was clear: he couldn’t regulate himself during tasks that required sustained effort or mental focus. He would daydream, fidget, distract others, or withdraw. Despite his intelligence and potential, he was drowning in a sea of unmet needs.
A Turning Point with individualized apprach of Homeopathy
When his family reached out to me, they were skeptical but willing to try one more time. Our approach was different—classical, individualized homeopathy that honored the complexity of his mind, body, and spirit. Through detailed case-taking, pattern observation, and a carefully designed series of remedies, we addressed not just his eczema or his infections, but his entire being.
Slowly, the magic began to unfold.
His skin healed—no more raw patches, oozing, itching or bleeding.
The recurrent viral infections stopped.
His sensitivity to environmental allergens/dust/cat/pollen lessened
Not allergic chemicals/ food preservatives or colors/dyes .
But most importantly, something beautiful emerged in his behavior and personality.

In 2024, his autism review came back with stunning results—no additional help or specail classes/therapies were required. His Math tuition teachers reported remarkable progress. He was not only completing his work but showing initiative, kindness, and leadership in class. He received a “Student of the Month” shoutout, with special mention of his positive attitude and willingness to help others.
This wasn't a miracle. This was the power of holistic, individualized healing with homeopathy—supporting the child at every level without suppressing symptoms or masking behaviors. Homeopathy didn’t just remove the eczema or improve his immunity, It freed him to be his best self.
I treated this case with acute remedies for his recurrent infections as needed , his consitutional remedy and also with few nosodes, miasmatic remdies and cell salts. Sometimes we also used flower essences.
